Returns & Exchanges

At ART OF JIU JITSU, we strive for excellence in every piece of technical apparel we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, compression gear and mouthguards must be unopened to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
